You Are Not Alone (mental health awareness) wristbands were created to highlight what my non-profit The Cassidy Foward Foundation Inc. brand is all about.  The blank section on the bracelet that follows “I AM” starts the creation of something and allows you to define new beliefs about yourself. Using the words I AM, we are able to state not what we want to be, but what we already are.
 
On the inside of the bracelt it states "You Are Not Alone". Whether you have previously struggled with mental health and illness prior to the pandemic or are facing for the first time such impacts in your life, it’s important that we all know we are not alone, and that through connecting on shared experiences we can begin to progress forward together.
